We look at blood to make a prediction.
In the ImpriMed service, live cancer cells are isolated from the patient’s tumors via biopsies, and then cultured on a lab dish under physiological-like conditions to keep them healthy.
By using high-throughput technology, the cells are tested with FDA approved chemotherapeutic agents that are commonly prescribed to the cancer indication. We measure these and various drug responses on the patient’s cells, observe how the live cancer cells react, and predict effective chemotherapy agents before treatment.

When we receive blood samples from hospitals, we conduct the following tests at our lab in Korea:
Chromatography shows us density of targeting metabolites for prediction
Quantification shows us whether the markers are normal or abnormal
A.I Algorithm tells us the genetic lineage of the malignancy
